Reverse Osmosis
Reverse osmosis is used in seawater purification to drinking water removing substances molecules and the salt. Reverse osmosis has also been applied in drinking water purification systems, used for improving water for human consume, commonly includes a reverse osmosis step.
Water and wastewater purification: Storms rain water collected from storm drains is purified with reverse osmosis water processors and used for landscape irrigation and industrial uses. It is also used to clean effluent and brackish groundwater.
